Raghavendra Raju
Founder and CEO
Raghavendra Raju is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience across various industries.
He started India's first Paintball company, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. In 2016, he entered the F&B sector, where he faced the challenges of this rapidly growing industry.
In 2022 His passion for food led him to introduce innovative technology and automation to revolutionize the industry. He designed a new format of batter to help food entrepreneurs succeed, demonstrating his commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship.

Product R&D
PH Raghavendra, is a seasoned expert with over 25 years of experience in the food industry. With a family background in restaurants, PH Raghavendra has established iconic brands in India and is known for his innovative menus and products.
As the driving force behind batter development at Novartous, Raghavendra brings his expertise to ensure high-quality products. With his extensive experience and passion for the culinary arts, Raghavendra is a valuable asset to the Novartous team and has contributed significantly to the company's success.

Finance
A Finance professional with a strong understanding of setting up of business processes and accounting systems. Taking care of the company’s Financial operations and ensuring compliances .Working towards improving the processes and establishing a reliable accounting systems so as to ensure better efficiency and accuracy.
